Table A.1 is a partial list of drugs discussed in the text. Consult the relevant chapter for details on duration of ther­apy and alternative treatments, as well as for warnings about use in meat or dairy animals. Numerous additional chemicals used to treat external parasites are listed in Table 2.1. Additional coccidiostats are listed in Table 10.7, anthelmintics in Table 10.8, and flukicides in Table 11.3. Supplements to correct nutritional deficiencies are dis­cussed in Chapter 19. Additional antimicrobial and coc- cidiostat drug dosages have been compiled (Menzies 2000; Navarre and Marley 2006), although some of the suggested dosages for goats are empirical. Pharmacokinetic data for numerous antibiotics administered to goats have also been summarized (Navarre and Marley 2006).
